Wise Funeral Home - Bonham Obituary

Funeral services for Charles Farr, 87, of Honey Grove will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 21, Wise Funeral Home Chapel. Terry Paul Cunningham will officiate. Burial will follow in Oak Wood Cemetery. Charles passed away Friday night, Sept. 16, 2011.

Charles was born in Whitesboro, Texas, August 4, 1924 to Marion Henry and Josephine Farr. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, one sister and one great-grandchild.

Charles is survived by
Wife: Mattie Farr of Honey Grove
Son: Michael Farr of Honey Grove
Daughters: Paula King of Honey Grove
Sandy Davis of Honey Grove
Grandchildren: Megan Brown, Shannon King, Shellie Simmons, Brandie Webb, Tracy Davis, Stacie Dotson, Shawn Farr, Christopher Farr, Joey Farr, Michael Walcott, Shane King, Stephanie Browning, Jennifer Sampson and Nathaniel Farr.
30 Great-grandchildren.
A number of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

Pallbearers will be Shawn Farr, Shane King, Tracy Davis, Colt Webb, Joey Farr, Michael Walcott, Clint Simmons, and Tim Browning. Honorary Pallbearers, Richard Dotson, Walt Sampson, Marcus Aubrey and Lucas Lappin.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.

The family will receive friends at Wise Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 p.

Many Many memories, Uncle CT could always make you laugh! There are no words to express the Love we had for him. He will be missed! I would give anything for one more day at Bonham State Park sitting around the campsites with him!
