Charles Fickes Jr.

Although I did not know him very well, I believe he was a cousin of my father, Warren Fickes. I also had the pleasure of having him for my professor for an insurance course he taught at Penn State Capital Campus. Nice guy. My condolences to his family and friends.

A Gentle and Soft Spoken Man. Yes, fondest memories are his (and wife: Jane) Annual New Years evening with my parents (Dr. Ray & Doris Grandon), JoAnne & Don Musselman, Marion & Cliff King. What Wonderful Evenings were shared by this "crew"!! Perhaps only relevant to a few, was Charles's "Special Spoon" with which he served ice cream!!!!!!Alas, I was never served by Charles, and will remind him in our 'hoped for future meeting, lol'.
May he now be in God's presence with Jane at his side....
