Chick Foley was the best boss I ever had in the FAA. He was also a "surrogate dad" who always knew when I was down and gave me fatherly advice that I cherished. I was disappointed to not attend his memorial due to several personal issues, but I remember him fondly and the fun we had with his wife Shirley every year at their home at the facility Christmas party. Godspeed.

I worked with Chick for many years and found him to be a true gentleman and fair in all respects. He was our Air Traffic Representative for the Navy at Point Mugu and other military bases in the area. Sorry I wont be able to attend memorial due to my age and constant care of my wife.
