Not sure what to say?

I was greatly saddened to hear of Neils passing. He was truly one of a kind and always a pleasure to work with. He will be greatly missed.

Neil : )

Neil was the best man I've known in my time here. He was always willing to tell it like it is, drama-free, and full of humor. He never failed to raise my spirits no matter how far I had fallen. We spent countless hours debating and speculating on every conceivable subject from creation to the end of the world. Such sad news. My thoughts and prayers are with Neils family and friends. I'm grateful to have had him be a part of my journey.

Neil, my old friend, the essence of my memories, as you have crossed my mind over the years, are that of a gentle giant. I see the tall, lanky, bushy haired Neil, dressed in overalls with but one strap fastened across his right shoulder. May your soul find freedom and your essence be with us for all time.

Neil, you where the brother I never had, and your absence now renders my heart terribly broken. My sincere condolences to all his family & loved ones. He will be sorely missed in remembrance.

I have had the good fortune of working with Neil for a number of years. He will be missed by many of us who knew him and worked with him. My condolences to his entire family.
