Charles Lynwood Fox, 48, of Shenandoah, died Thursday at University of Virginia Medical Center, Charlottesville.A memorial service will be conducted Saturday at 11 a.m. at New Hope Pentecostal Church.Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home Inc., Luray.
