As a member of the "Greatest Generation" Charlie responded and did his part as a Crew Chief in the US Air Force, stationed in the Pacific area.
He was a loyal and faithful member of Montville's VFW Post 5481 where he participated and supported the activities of the Post. He will be sorely missed by his fellow veterans.
In summary, we invoke the benediction of the 23rd psalm which assures us that Charlie will dwell in the House of the Lord forever.
