Uncle Chuck will be greatly missed by all of our extended family. He had a wonderful sense of humor, was so artistically talented, lived a good Christian life, and loved his family and friends. I have fond memories growing up staying often with him, my aunt, and my cousins. I was always amazed at the huge greenhouses, as well as his toy soldiers, and of course his elaborate train sets. I cherish the memories of our many large family dinners and holidays through the years. We will miss him so...

Never knew Mr. Fulks, but befriended his amazing son, Joe, in college. I’m so glad we’ve “KIT” via FB. Often, his posts alone, brighten my day. I can only imagine his father was equally charming, a great legacy to leave behind! ❤
