I learned this afternoon of Charlie's passing.
Whenever we ran into one another, Charlie and I would have nice conversations about so many different subjects. Charlie had a lot of wisdom and knowledge.
I was fortunate to have known Charlie and I will miss him and those talks.
My condolences to his family and friends.
