Charles Arthur Garney

Hello My very best to the Garney family. My father is James L Watts sr. My dad and Mr Garney are friends and spent sometime together. Dad had much respect for Mr. Garney. While being director of Minority Contractor I had one amazing conversation with Mr Garney. He share some history on his journey. One of many thoughts that stuck with me from our conversation. He was human kind. My family I salute Mr Charles Garney and thank you. Dad and Mr Garney will have a lot to talk about. Thank you

To my NKCHS school friend, Anne and all Garney family, my deepest condolences for your loss. Although I didn't know Mr. Garney personally, I was aware of some of his accomplishments, which are an inspiration to so many.
