Not sure what to say?

I only knew him for a short time I know...but he taught me more in those few days then my actual father did in my lifetime....that was the kind of person I wanted to mount up to when I got that far in life..
So sorry for your loss.

Dear Frankie, Dorothy and family,
I was saddened to hear of C.R.'s sudden passing and my mind remembered the cheerful, exuberant, funny guy who brought so much joy to others. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Love, Julie

Frankie and all,
CR wasn't just my cousin; he was my friend, my mentor. He had a way of lifting me up when I was down, and I don't believe I ever received a bill for the hernia repair. Know that you now fill the place as my friend, my cousin, my mentor. After all, CR would want you to inherit Uncle Mart! I wore purple and yellow on Monday. And when you're well, and you will be, Frankie, we'll wear purple and celebrate in style.
Much love, many memories,
Cindy

Dear Frankie,
Memories of the early years in Sheridan have been rushing through my mind these past days as well as Grandma Tuneys's quirky ways you endured when we lived with her on 21st East. She thought CR was so unique - and he was. I regret I have missed so many opportunities to stay closely connected to my two very wonderful friends. Life has a way of catching us off guard. I hope and pray that your return to your old vibrant and capable self will come without further pain and...

Frankie,

I just found out that my dear friend, Charlie, has returned home - - I didn't even know he had a ticket for the bus. We became acquainted by working for the LDS Church Public Communications department - - he was in Salt Lake and I headed up the office in New York. He was a very, very good writer, and professional. But most of all he loved and cared for people. I was blessed to be one he considered a friend. May warm memories of him always soften and uplift your days,...

Dear Frankie & Chad,
I guess heaven just needed someone to lighten things up with a little humor and straight talk! We are so sad that you have lost your sweetheart and Dad. He was such a great character and added so much to our years in the ward. Frankie, we are sorry you have been so ill making this an even more difficult blow to handle. Please know we think of you with such love and great memories. Our prayers and thoughts are with you every day. May the Savior put His loving arms...

Frankie: I was saddened to hear from Bill Moxley of C. R.'s death. I have such fond memories of him at both Sheridan High School and at Sheridan College. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. God bless you and keep you.

Dearest Gibb Family,
I was so sorry to hear of Charlie's passing away. I didn't know him very well, but I have known him for about 15 years. I will remember Charley for his everso welcoming smile and his willingness to help others. I will always remember "Charilie's" gift for making everyone in the rooms feel hopeful by his sincere words when speaking of his experiences strenght and hope.

My sincere condolances to Frankie, and to his family, and his many friends.

Dear Dorothy, Frankie, Chad, and Scott,

I am so terribly sorry to learn of CR's death. He was always a warm and humorous person to be around. Growing up next door to the Gillens was very enjoyable and even more so when your family would visit from Salt Lake. While his death was untimely, he is really not gone. He lives on, in our hearts and in our minds, through the things he has tought us and his kind actions. May he and his higher power have many laughs together.
