Charlie, it has been a real pleasure to share Exchange Club meetings and lunch with you for the past 2 years. You are a real gentleman and will be a friendly face I will always remember. Good bless you my friend.

Charlie and attended Citadel Square many years ago He was my Church softball Coach. and were in Exchange together. He was a mentor to me. Sadly missed already.

I am so sorry to hear of Coach's passing. He was one of the finest men I ever knew. Unfortunately I will miss the viewing I am out of town.

Charles was such a wonderful man He and Ruth were very close to my Mother and Daddy, Myrtle and Sammie Payne. I remember the good times when we would visit during summers. All of us children had the time of our lives. Marta, Geneva, my brother Ray and myself. Charlotte was born later but still several times my Mother and I visit and met Charlotte and Nicole . Charles will be missed and may God bless his family during t h ese difficult times ahead

We met Charlie as a Member of the Exchange Club. He was always a gentleman and fun to be around. We will all miss his positive energy and Christian values.
