Not sure what to say?

Charlie Gilmore always managed to keep a few steps ahead of the rest of us who were fortunate to be his close colleagues on The Herald. He was a font of knowledge on all things political and governmental, local and national. I learned from him, laughed with him and shared countless deadline stresses in his good company. He was one of the best of the best, and you should be forever proud.
Sincere condolences,
Pat Griffith

Glynne,
I had the honor of succeeding your father at The Herald, but I didn't replace him. Nobody could. My condolences.
Tom Walton

I had the pleasure of working with Charlie for many years at The Herald. He was gentle, friendly and had a subtle sense of humor. And he was a strong newsman witohut any pretentiousness.

My condolences to his family members.

Glynne, I am so sorry for your loss. It is hard to lose a parent at any age. Your father had quite a distinguished career, it seems. Maybe that is where you got some of your knack with words.
Beth McMaster Fischer

Glynne...so sorry for your loss. Now I see where you get your wit and writing ability! May your momories and time spent together get you through these rough times ahead. Much love, The Jelladians

My condolences to you and your family, Glynne. Your father had such a full life and impressive career.
