Chuck was a caring talented leader. He made those that worked for him better and challenged us to push ourselves to do more. He was thought provoking, but able to laugh. I had the pleasure to run one of Chuck's stores there in TX. My thoughts are with the entire DSW family as well as his wife Lisa and their children.
