Charlie was definitely a 'family man' in every sense of the word. If you were ever in need of help whether it was someone to talk to in confidence, trouble with a bothersome situation or whatever the case. Charlie was there 100% without hestiation! He will be greatly missed but never 4gotten. To my sister "Deborah Evans" during those moments of sadness just reflect on all the 'Good Times' u and Charlie shared.
