Not sure what to say?

Charles I miss you today as much as I missed you 12 years ago. I think of you often and I try to remember only the good times. You are a great brother and you will always be in my heart. You have a lot of family up there with you and I know you are in a safe place with all of them there. You helped me when I needed it and I thank you for that. I know all of your family and friends miss you a lot. I love you very much. Love your sister Sarah
