I wish to express my deepest condolences. I hope you will be comforted by the many beautiful memories you can keep in your heart and cherish forever. I am a Canadian energy regulator and I met Charles through NARUC. He was the kindest voice, always ready to help and connect people, to facilitate anyone's work. I have fond memories of him. I wish you peace and strength in this sad time.

Sorry to hear of Chuck's passing. A childhood acquaintance from the same hometown who graduated from high school in Waterville, NY. He was a high achiever academically and athletically. Unlike some others he was accepted by the supposed "cool kids" but did NOT conduct himself as "above" everyone. Have not seen him since high school, but have communicated with other members of his family who have provided updates on his personal and professional successes, which were considerable. RIP...
