Not sure what to say?

Charlie, you were a fine man, you will be missed.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I worked for Charlie at the U of M golf course and he was always so supportive and caring! When I used him as a reference later, my new employer told me he was so complimentary they thought it was fake! I owe him that job and many great memories. He will be missed.

He was a great algebra teacher. Had him at Brake Jr High many years ago. I also had Mrs. Green for French, although she was Miss LaChance back then. So sorry for your loss Mrs. Green. He was a kind and wonderful teacher.

So sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Jean and your family. We knew Charlie through Jean who we worked with when she was at the Chamber of Commerce. Jim always liked it when Charlie came to events as he really enjoyed talking sports with him.

I took care of Charlie for about a year at Heartland of Ann Arbor. I’ve never in my life met a more pure soul. He was shy at first but quickly opened up, his funny jokes and that bright smile could always make anyone’s day . He will be missed so much and it was an honor taking care of him. Sending my condolences to Jean as well who I met through taking care of Charlie, she was there visiting her sweetie as much as she could. Such great people!
