I HAVE FOND LONG TERM MEMORIES OF CAPTAIN GRIFFITH WHEN HE WAS MY COMPANY COMMANDER OF THE SALEM NATIONAL GUARD UNIT. FEW OFFICERS WERE AS WELL LIKED BY THE MEN UNDER THEM AS GRIFF WAS.
I MISS THE SUMMER N.G. CAMPS WITH HIM.
LATER IN LIFE I ENJOYED PLAYING SOME GOLF WITH HIM.

I am saddened to here this.I have many fond memories from hunting with "Uncle Charlie" in my youth with the Glassboro Rod and Gun Club.His jokes and antics would keep us laughing all day out in the woods or back at the cabin.He will be missed by us all. My deepest condolances, thoughts and prayers to his entire family and friends.
