Not sure what to say?

I worked with Charlie more years ago than I would like to admit. I always will remember him as the dapper, humorous, and enjoyable person he was. My sympathy to all and I know he will be missed.

I remember him as "Zump." He was a cousin to me and my two brothers, Michael and Tony. I can recall that Zump was much older, almost like an uncle to us, but that his sense of humor was the same kind of "off the wall" stuff that we had as teenagers.
We once spent over two hours talking about the Burma Shave signs that were prevalent along the highways back then. So, here's one for you, Zump:
I still see
You smiling there
You'll always be
My 'cus so rare.

I will always remember Charlie for his brillance, sartorial "ensembles", and his love of esoteric words. It was a joy knowing Charlie and serving in the Savannah Union Camp Legal Department with him. Robert A.(Bert) Cronin

"Charlie" was a good friend, former class mate at the Univ. of Ga. Law School, fine attorney, gentleman...he will be missed.
