     Charles passed away suddenly on June 6, 2021 at the age of 56.  Charles was a Lieutenant in the Philadelphia Fire Dept. and served in the 82nd Airborne Division of the U.S. Army. 


     Loving husband of Stacy (nee Kadelski).  Beloved father of Stacy Grover.  Grandfather of Cole Boardman.  Son of Gerald F. (Eileen) and the late Maryann Grover.  Grandson of Marie F. Grover.  Brother of Marianne Groves (Joe), Lisa Marie Grover, and the late Deborah Ann Tompkins (Joe) and Gerald F. Grover, Jr.  (Kathy). Brother-in-law of Kimberly, Edward (Ursula), James Kadelski, Matt Hancock (Jen), and the late Tracy Kadelski.  Also survived by many loving family members.         


     Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Sunday evening, June 13, 2021 from 4-8 P.M. and Monday morning, June 14, 2021, from 9-11:30  A.M. at St. Albert the Great Church, 212 Welsh Rd., Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.  Funeral Mass 12 Noon.  Interment 2 P.M. Washington Crossing National Cemetery.

I knew Charles back at Ft Bragg and served with him in the 82nd. He was a heck of a guy. My condolences to his wife and family.

So sorry for the whole family's loss!
Met and hung out with the Grovers down the Shore (Villas)
as a teenager.
Thought about them all through the years! Breaks my heart to discover Debbie, Jerry, & now Chalie have passed!

With our deepest sympathies to the Grover family. Charlie will be greatly missed by his family and friends. We just attended his funeral which is a True testament of how much he will be missed. A beautiful tribute to him. Sincerely McGinley family.
