Not sure what to say?

I had the good fortune of meeting Charles through his affiliation with I.U.E. Charles helped the company I was then employed with negotiate the first labor contract in it's history. Through negotiations I had the privilege of getting to know "Charlie." Charles was truly one of a kind. A tough, and gentle spirit with the heart of a lion.
Sympathies and prayers to the Guice family.

I grew up attending church with Charles when we were boys. I spent many nights at his house and swam in the creek with him. He taught me how to swim.

Uncle Charles will always be in my heart. Thinking back, I used to think of Charles as being just like John Wayne, tough, bold but yet a gentle side too. I have so many fond memories of Uncle Charles from my childhood and through my adult life. I will miss my Uncle Charles but feel certain we'll meet again. Until then..... My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
