Not sure what to say?

Many thanks to a man who never argued and always guided a young journalist in transition from reporter to editor. A diplomat always. Thank you Charlie.

Evie, Angel and family,
Remembering Charlie fondly and especially onstage at Chansonette. Always a gentleman and overall wonderful guy! Rest in peace and serenade the angels. They will love your eautiful voice!

Dear Evie and Angel and family - I was so sorry to hear of Charles passing. I recall all our great years in Chansonette. He is now an angel singing and dancing in the heavens and watching over all of you. God Bless.

Dear Evie & family~So sorry to hear about Charlie. When I think of him, I always see him smiling. He was a wonderful, gentle, kind man. Sending tender, loving prayers your way.

What a sweet guy. I loved it when he and Evelyn would emulate Nelson and Jeanette in a Romberg duet. They had voice and charm. He was also an inspiration for those of us who fancied a news career.

"Four Score and Seven Years.........." Our brilliant, witty Pappy Chas will be in our hearts and memories much longer than that!
