Not sure what to say?

I was blessed to know Charlie Hahnkamp, known affectionally in our family as Neckyoke, back in the 40s and 50s and on. A prince of a man, he was. Wished I would have gotten over to see him in his later years.

Lee, and Jay families: I am so sorry to hear that Charley passed away. I have great memories of Charley when I was at the Extension office and at various weed control meetings. He was dedicated to control of knapweed and was instrumental in getting some landowners involved in that effort. He was always a very engaging man to visit with. Again, I am sorry to hear of his passing.

Charlie was quite a guy, He will be missed by many but he won't be forgotten. My condolences to his family.

Lee, Jay, and family: I was saddened to read that Charlie had passed away. I´ve tried to think of words to express what Charlie meant to me and to all of those involved with noxious weed control in SW MT. It´s hard to express his importance. His wit and quick sense of humor defused many a situation and allowed for opposing sides to come together for the good of MT. I know how proud he was of his boys and his whole family. Thanks for sharing him with all of us. Judie Tilman
