Mrs. Hall and the Boys, I am really sorry about your loss. Charlie Hall was a West U original... a positive man who always lit up a room. Lots of great memories during our Shamrock years.

My fondest memories of Charlie is when he and my husband Vic loved to go to lunch at Bellaire Broiler Burger. These were special times for the 2 of them where they could talk about so many things. Both Vic and Charlie really looked forward to these get togethers. I also remember what a comfort he was to me when Vic passed. He would always give words of encouragement. He was one of the dearest human beings I will ever know. He was a friend to all and he and Joy were always there for us. ...

May God continue to comfort your hearts during this difficult time. I've known Charlie and Joy for many years through my Fitness Class. Charlie was one of my favorite participants at West U Sr Center until he could no longer come. Recently I did private sessions with him. Great attitude and always speaking of Joy & his family.
