Charles E. Hamlen

I am saddened to stumble upon this news. Mr. Hamlen was my French teacher at Thomas More School in Harrisville, New Hampshire and more importantly a kind and patient man who directed a truly impressive performance of the Mikado using the very limited pool of students (I don't believe there was more than 65 over 4 grades) as well as enlisting many very talented musicians including Donna Austin from New England to the cause.
