Not sure what to say?

We will always have many fond memories of Chuck and our years serving together in Grand Rapids Power Squadron. Chuck was a good friend and a great leader in our organization, committed to safe boating education. To his family in Grand Rapids and across the country, please accept our sincere sympathy. We will miss our old friend.

Great memories from Congress School, Central High, and picnics with our famlies from the Carlton and Norwood homes. We will miss you very much.

Chuck was a good friend and fellow co-worker at Meijer. I have many good memories of our many years together at Meijer. My sympathy to the Family. God Bless you.

Chuck was very happy to become a grandfather and spoke proudly of his five grandchildren (and always showed me recent pictures!). I will miss his...

He is a good and honorable man who bought love, trust, and joy to everything he did. I loved him even though I didn't get to spend much time with him as an adult. He and Shelly bought joy to each other and those around them. The world would be a better place if we had more people like Uncle Fred....
