I was saddened to hear of Chuck's passing. Though I have never had the opportunity to meet either of you, I was the one that first hired Chuck at WSU in the Electrical Engineering Department. He was the only one of the applicants to say thank you for the interview and the only one that aske that I consider him for the job. I have never regretted the decision I made to hire him. What I do regret is that after he moved to the Physical Plant that I lost track...
