Charles Montgomery Harmond

HARMOND CHARLES MONTGOMERY, 50 of Grayson, KY, son of Roberta Loop and the late Jack Eugene Montgomery Sr., died Jan. 11. There will be a graveside memorial at a later time. Koontz Funeral Home, Hamlin, WV, is in charge of arrangements.
