Uncle Charlie was just the best. He was fun and kind to all of us who were the nieces and nephews. He put us on horses when we were little, and made jokes with us and made us each feel special. I'll miss him. I also know his big brother John feels his loss deeply. Love to Lynn and all Charlie's kids!

Charlie was my daughter's orthodontist and my patient's orthodontist for 25 years, and we all loved him. I even called him out of retirement at 81 to check my dental assistant's son's teeth, and he came to the office, always with a smile. He was a lovely person, a great orthodontist, and a good friend. He will be missed by all. Please know that your family and he will be remembered in our thoughts and prayers.

I was so sorry to hear the loss of Dr. Hasstedt. He was a very special, wonderful man who loved life. I worked in the dental office next door to him many years ago at the Aurora Hospital. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
