My daughter and I did not know chuck personally very well but I can tell you over the last couple years we got to see his sweet soul, his love for his family and his little personality! I remember being there one time and little Mrs Diane couldn't find her Mr Hatton and came and asked us girls twice within a few minutes time ( while we were cleaning bathrooms) if we had seen him. Sending condolences to the family in your loss of your husband, father and grandfather. Chuck's mother ,Florence, and my father, Allen(Dick) Stroup, were siblings. We would not have known but the obituary was in our Springfield paper. So sorry that I did not get to know him as we were cousins.
