Not sure what to say?

My favorite cousin, the entire Hayes family was extremely proud of him and love him dearly.

I just learned of Chuck´s passing and am deeply saddened. He was a wonderful advisor, professor and friend.I feel sure I would never have finished college without his encouragement.

Single Tree

Chuck was a "special person... Very talented, very personable and always willing to help whether it be in the community or church. We consider both Chuck and Betsy very good friends. Our prayers and love for Betsy and the family in these trying times. May God always bless them.

Chuck was a good friend, wonderful person, and excellent teacher and thespian. We enjoyed his contributions to the Radford University Theater Department. Our prayers are with Betsy and his family.

Mary, Mark, and Jim Hawley

Chuck was a dear friend and associate. His smile was infectious as was the way he lived his life. He left an indelible mark on Radford University and the thousands of students he taught.

Chuck has been a dear friend at the gym for several years. He was always friendly, considerate and helpful to all. Obviously he was a person of great intellect but also very modest. His absence will leave a significant void in our group. Our prayers are with Chuck's family

I deeply regret the loss of Chuck Hayes. He was a special person who was talented in many fields. Chuck was chosen for many athletic committees because of his vast knowledge of what RU wanted to accomplish or what the Big South Conference should look like moving forward. RU became a BSC leader thanks to Chuck´s well-rounded athletic knowledge. Thanks Chuck for serving RU and the Big South Conference. It meant a lot to many officials. May you rest in peace for a job well done.

Hunt I am very sorry to hear about your dad. sending prayers for you and your family.
