Met Joleen, then Chuck during our journalism classes/school newspaper days at Sacramento City College during the 60's. He always had that friendly, ready wit he was known for, and his love of Joleen, as many of us witnessed, kindled quickly. As it happened, I met my future wife, Polly, under the same circumstances.
