This comes as extremely sad news. I worked with Chuck for many years in the NYS Retirement System and it was always a pleasure dealing with him. Besides being extremely bright and professional in his work and his dealings, he was exceedingly charming, friendly and thoughtful. I'm certain Chuck will be missed by everyone who knew him. RIP, Chuck.
