After my husband and I opened our business nearby in 2003, we also incurred some unexpected, major expenses and soon were flat broke. My husband damaged his glasses and Heitz Optical repaired them for free. It's almost as if they knew we couldn't afford it. Mr Heitz became a customer and I loved to see him. What a gentleman!
