Read MoreMy condolences to the family. I´m not sure this is the Charles Hics I knew. I was in the Air Force in West Texas at Reese Air Force Base. We both went to Vietnam at the same time in 1967to 68. Charles was in Radio Repair as was I. He was a smart person. Could this be the same Charles Hicks I knew?
