Dear Higgs Family:

It is with deepest sadness that I extend my condolences to you on the loss of your beloved.

As Chair of the Senate Committee on Veteran Affairs and Military Installations, I am sincerely thankful for his valiant service and dedication to our great country.

May the love and the wonderful memories you shared with him help you when you need it most. He will never be forgotten, and your family will be remembered in my prayers.

Jack has been one of my closest online friends for almost 10 years now and words can't explain how much I will miss him.

I will certainly miss his wisdom, not to mention his sense of humour. Over the years we have shared our love of music and the weird & wonderful email funnies that circulate around the world. Nothing was too much trouble for your him and he was always the first person to fulfil a request from his many admirers, no matter how large or small.

The world...

Jack was a wonderful email buddy....I will miss him more than I can say. He was always there when I needed help.
Missing you, buddy.
So sorry for the loss of the family

MAY YOU REST IN PEACE

I met Jack when I needed help in 1998, and our friendship has lasted throughout the years. I still look for his e-mails and miss him terribly-knowing the phone will not ring with his voice saying hi, is a hard thing to take. I will never forget this special man. Valerie Coskie-Sacramento, Ca.

My deepest sympathy to the family. God Bless all of you.

To Jack's family, my deepest sympathy goes out to you. He will forever be etched in the memory of everyone he touched. Rest in Peace dear friend.
