To Charlies's family: We have lots of good memories from the Yacht Club steak roast and Father's Day golf outings up north. Also board meetings with my dad (Russ Wernet) and John Osborn. They definitely were a crew!

Charlie was one of the best members ever to join the Club, and contributed a lot of himself and a lot of his family towards making the Club better for all. His family shared a lot of what he did for the club, and their continued membership supports his contributions. He was a fighter, and if he thought his ox was gored, he would go to any length to see that retribution was proper. He was a great Commodore, during some of the more trying years of the Club, and guided it over the rocks...

As a grad from St John's class of 1950, I well remember the Hogle family name and the Hogle boys. I have lived in WI since 1955, but get the Cit Pat on line to alert myself to my Jackson friends, classmates, etc. My condolences to the entire family.
