Not sure what to say?

Much sincere condolences for the Holden family. Neal was a good friend during good and bad times. His Earthly presents are truly missed. I pray for The Lord's everlasting peace with him.

I will always remember Neal as a friend and boss to my late husband Hubert Franks that worked for FCS for 35 years. May he rest in peace.

I worked for Neal for almost 20 years.he was amazing man boss and person.first and for most a friend.he would give the shirt off his back for anyone in need .we always had a saying we can't lose money on a job that we did not do . when I was 21 I first met neal and he was like a father figure to me.someone I could all go to in need .to talk about sports, life and family.he was always family firsts and if I ever need anything for my family I new he was a phone call away.a once and a lifetime...

So very sorry for your loss. Prayer you the family.

I knew Neal from the construction industry for at least 30 years. The consummate professional. Always shot straight with me. Just an honest individual to the core with an amazing work ethic. Neal and I are the exact same age so it brought me a lot of sadness to hear of his early passing. But it also makes me proud to know that people of the amazing quality of Neal are part of our construction community. May Neal Rest In Peace. He was a good man. John Sebastian

Our sincerest condolences to the Hilden family. Neal was one of the good guys back in the neighborhood. We shared some good times, so sorry we passed much too early. Rest in peace, Neal!

So many memories... I always found Neal to be fair-minded, straightforward - I always knew where I stood with him. He was a force of Nature, much of what this company is today is because of his uncompromising commitment to quality. We had some good talks too - One that stands out is a quote he learned long ago that he passed along - "A strength can become a weakness when carried to an extreme" - Some hard-fought wisdom there. I remember it often...
