Dr. Hoover passed away on Sunday, September 24, 2017. Dr. Hoover was a resident of Marion, Kentucky at the time of passing. Dr. Hoover was a CPA, member of Marion Baptist Church, and a veteran of the United States Army. Visitation will begin at Myers Funeral Home, Wednesday at 10 AM and continue until the funeral time at 1 PM.
I worked with Chuck in Hopkinsville from 1982 to 1984. I was a fellow Revenue Agent. I cannot tell you how much I respected his intellect and his insight. He made my stay in Western Kentucky enjoyable and I learned a lot from him. I think of him often and it is always with fondness.
