Charles passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2016. Charles was a resident of Lancaster, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing. He proudly served his country in the U.S Army during WW II and the Korean War. He was married to Helen. Funeral services will be held from the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home Inc. 519 Walnut St. Columbia PA on Monday November 28 2016 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Donald Price officiating. Interment will follow with military honors in the Rohrerstown Lutheran Cemetery. Family and friends may view at the funeral home on Monday one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers contributions in Charlie's memory may be made to the First Church of God 344 West Chestnut St. Lancaster PA 17603 or to the PA Dutch Council Order of the Arrow Wunita-Gokhas 39 630 Janet Ave. Suite B114 Lancaster PA 17601 would be deeply appreciated.
So sorry to hear of Mr. Horn's passing. He was a wonderful Scout Leader and always a smiling face around Rohrerstown Elementary School. I would think of Mr. Horn often when visiting my parents and driving by the old neighborhood. He will be missed.
