I was in shock and disbelief to hear the passing of Charles.I grew up with Charles, he lived at 880 Caldwell pl #5 and I lived in # 6 in Bolivar arms. He was like a brother to me , we also graduated together from East High School in 1974, I had not seen Charles for over 34 years, until April 2007. I saw him while I was visiting in Columbus, and he was Clean, he had on all White down to his shoes. I will miss Charles, he had a smile that no one else had, and I do mean no one.
