Uncle Charlie was much loved by our family, being my children's great-uncle. The thoughts of him from across the years always bring a smile! His sister, Louise Howell Clary, was my beloved mother-in-law, and Uncle Charlie was devoted to her and to us. My sincere sympathy and prayers are for his family now.
