I miss you so much, Dear Friend, and I think about you so often. I loved your great sense of humor and your energy. We always had something going on, usually up to no good. You left such a big hole in my life.

I never had the privilege of meeting Papa Hubbard, My daughter Rachel Height-Kaplan loved this man. Her own Papa passed away, And Mr. Hubbard treated her just like his own Granddaughter. She would tell me how he called her Rachie and made her feel like his home was her home. I think he taught those around him how to Love with open arms. he taught his son Craig how to be a wonderful father, So thank the LORD this earth will still have the Hubbard way of life, Because Papa passed it on down. ...

I can remember Gene and his view of life. I can remember the parades, weddings, and just hanging out with all of that good food. He will be missed.

Dear Sue and family. Our hearts are heavy with yours and our loss. Gene was a great humanitarian ! He helped everyone because he genuinely cared about people...and especially those in need. He was a wonderful friend and awesome Grandfather to each of the children. He'll be dearly missed... AND everytime I see a Red truck I'll think of PaPa.... God Bless -RIP Gene!
