Dear Chuck was so helpful and kind to our students and staff at Phantom Lake Elementary. He was always positive and influenced everyone with his welcoming smile.
It was an honor to have Chuck as a volunteer and friend. He always left our school and community better than when he found it. He made a difference.

We will never forget Chuck's smile and friendliness whenever we were with him at SeniorNet functions or the Evergreen Winnies RV club. He was always kind and willing to help whenever he could.
