Charles is survived by his Loving Wife Juanita P. Jackson; daughter Valencia (Timothy M. Phillips) Jackson Phillips, grandson Timothy M. Phillips, Jr.; sister-in-law Grace King; niece’s Olympia and Marquisha King; nephew Honorable David (Shalonda) Guinn; great-nephew Sean Guinn; extended family ties in Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, Washington, Maryland, Indiana, other various states, church family of St. Timothy Community Church, friends, and many throughout the City Gary surrounding communities.
