Not sure what to say?

I'm so sorry to hear of Charles' death and to have missed his service. My mother, Ethel Jensen Goddard, was his cousin. She died in October 2009, a month before her 94th birthday. I'm sorry, too, that our families seem to have lost touch. You have my sympathy and my empathy. Ann Goddard Jackson

We were your neighbors in Lake Oswego for all the years you were there and extend our sympathy in the loss of both of your parents. I spoke to your father about 5 years ago as he was leaving the PCC Sylvania campus and asked to be remembered to you all. My brothr Lorne saw the nice write up in the paper and gave it to me. We both still live in Lake Oswego & my brother Dan in N.C. I hope this message finds you all well. We were so sorry to hear of your loss. Jean Betler DeFreest

Charlie and Vickie were my husbands Grandparents, my children's great grandparents. To me they were two of the most welcoming, loving, accepting people in my life. They were both so loving and full of life. Charlie loved to talk and tell his stories and Vickie loved to show off her roses and her garden. We will all miss them so very much. Aaron, Tyler, Sophie, Andrew and myself (Tiffany) feel so blessed to have had them in our lives. We love you Grandpa and Grandma.

May God's love and peace be with his children and their families at this time and forever; and may they be comforted in their hearts by the good memories of the joyful times they shared with their father.

We loved Charlie and Vicki! They were not just people I cleaned house for but our friend's.My husband and i shared meals, a glass of wine, and even a slide show of Chalies climbs. What an honor it was to have known them both!!!!!! Unfortunately we have another service to attend on Friday but our thoughts will be with you all. Thinking of you,Bev and Bernie Gorczynski
