age 86, went home to be with the Lord on December 16, 2019. Charles is survived by his children, Mark Jones, Tiffany Jones, Leah Jones; sibling, Earl. Charles is son of the late, Ernest Sr., and Velma. A PRIVATE burial will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, OH.
