I lived next to Roy and Elaine in Santa Rosa Beach Florida. We were not only neighbors but the best of friends. I enjoyed a very special Friendship with Roy and Elaine. We worked together in our yards, we partied together, and we even went on vacation together. although I knew Roy for only the last 25 or so years, he became my best friend. I will miss him dearly as I know will Elaine his faithful wife and companion. I love you too Elaine.
