Not sure what to say?

Grew up with Chucky and Lori as cousins. Arete was always so good to us and Dick and Estelle Whitney, our grandparents . Bill, Chuck's Dad,helped us out in our new home after our mom remarried. R.I.P. Cousin Chuck. Peace to Arete Bill Lori Tom and all..❤

Saddened to learn of Charlie's passing...I was reminiscing over the wonderful environmental science course of his I took three years ago (where Charlie introduced me to one of my favorite books...about fish!) and was suddenly curious to find out his current happenings. Finding this news came as a shock and I extend my deepest sympathies to his family and friends. I can only imagine the impact he had on those who truly knew him if he managed to have such significance on a student who was only...

It was always a pleasure talking and interviewing Charlie for The Berkshire Eagle. He was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable expert in his field and clearly cleared for his students and colleagues alike. My deep condolences to his family and loved ones.

Before it was re-branded, our college's motto was;
"To Travel Hopefully Is a Better Thing Than To Arrive"....
The motto changed...
Charlie, obviously, never forgot it.
My sincere condolences to his family.

Very sorry to learn of Charlie's passing. He was a fine educator and professional. Always pleasant. Rest in Peace, Charlie.

I am so sorry to hear this sad news. I met Charlie through CCLA. He will be in my thoughts and prayers.

To Chuck's friends and family,
We can only imagine what a terrific loss this must be!!!

I am so sorry for the loss of one incredible human being. Nice to read that you continued to make people laugh your whole life.
Just so your family knows, there are many more messages of condolences. They are on a Facebook page set up for the class of 85. Wish I could get them here, but Chuck knows they are there.
Too young. Heaven must have needed him more. I am so sorry.

Dean Kaminski you helped me through college math so that I could graduate. I will forever be thankful. Rest In Peace.
