Dear Charon and Cheryl, Our sincere condolences go out to you both. We lived next to your dad and sweet mom for many years and were happy to have them as our neighbors. My memories of your dad were a picture perfect yard and seeing him take his daily walks on Babcock Road carrying a black riding crop. He was a great guy. May he Rest In Peace.

I started out as a nuclear machinist and Mr. Knapp gave very good guidance and foresight. Great guy to work for ,he helped me through some bad times and I will never forget him , thank you and my condolences to the Knapp family . Rip
